Guide for shipment




　There are following 5 different method of shipment.　　Please find what method is the best
　refering each contents & explanations as follows;

　　1. Express Mail Service (EMS)
　　2. Door to Door Courier (by Air)
　　3. Door to Door Service by Sea
　　4. Airfreight
　　5. Sea Freight

　Express Mail Service (EMS)
 　　This service applies only for Wheels and some of front grill as there are regulations for
　　maximum dimention(measurement) and weight.
　
Weight Maximum 30 kgs. 		　As you can see, we have to refer "B" if we
　ship ours to U.S.A.
　Then, some examples as under ;

　① 1 pc of Front Grill for Lexus GS300
　　　Measurement 100cm x 30cm x 15cm
　　　Charge upto USA....JPY 10,700/case.

　② 1 set of Wheel "Julia Savior" 20 inches
　　　Measurement 60cm x 60cm x 27cm
　　　Charge upto USA....JPY 26,100/case.
　　　1 set of wheel = x 4 cases.
　　　Total upto USA....JPY 104,400

　Above ② looks so high but it takes only
　4-5 days reaching to your place and you
　pay only the duty.　You save time and just
　wait for the arrival at home.

　Door to Door Courier (by air)
 　　　This is the fastest and convenient service except the fact charge is most expensive.
　　　We request Courier company to quote their best rate giving all neccessary information
　　　such as "Full address", "Detail of Measurement" and "Detail of Weight".

　　　- Example -　　This is just an example and we will give you the freight according to your information.
　　　Products = Bodykit for "LEXUS LS460"
　　　Packing Detail = Total 2 cartons.
　　　　　Carton 1, contains Front & Rear Spoiler, 185cm x 90cm x 20cm, Gross weight 16kg.
　　　　　Carton 2, contains Side step, 230cm x 23cm x 32cm, Gross weight 13kg.
　　　Fare calculation
　　　　　Case 1, 185 x 90 x 30 = 499,500 / 5,000 = 99.9...........100kg
　　　　　Case 2, 230 x 23 x 32 = 169,280 / 5,000 = 33.85...........34kg
　　　　　100 + 34 = Total 134kg.
　　　As you can see, total gross weight of 2 cartons is actually 13 kg but weight for freight
　　　comes to be 134kg in total, which shows how measurement is large. 　　　In that case, if freight
　　　charge per kg was JPY 650 /measure-kg, total freight would be JPY 87,100.
　　　( Some handling charge is also required, depending on the destination )
　　　Other than above, you pay only Duty.

　Door to Door Service (by sea)
 　　　As the freight cost for sea is much cheaper than the one by air, some customers prefer this
　　　service. However,depending on country or location of destination, total charge for this
　　　service comes higher than "Door to Door by Courier".
　　　Workable destination for this service would be to Asian countries or part of Middle East.

　Airfreight
　　　This freight charge is cheaper than the one for "Door to Door by Air(Courier)".
　　　However, this service is only upto your nearest airport.
　　　You have to do all neccessary import work by yourself or you request local forwarder to
　　　take necessary procedure.
　　　Expense for import and transport fee from airport to your place are required additionally.
　　　If you have know-how to import anything from abroad or you have enough experiense for the
　　　same, this is the fastest and cheaper method of shipment for you. But if not, this service
　　　would not be suitable most probably.

　Sea Freight
 　　　This is the cheapest method. Even you pay import expense or any other charges, total cost
　　　is cheapest among all what we are hereby describing.
　　　Extra charges are same like "Airfreight".
　　　One thing everybody concerns is the period from E.T.D. upto E.T.A.

　　　- Example of period from Kobe/Japan -
　　　　Germany(Hamburg), UK(Felixstowe), France(Le Havre), USA(Newark) - 35 days
　　　　Spain(Barcelona) - 40 days
　　　　USA(Seatlle, Los Angeles), Malaysia(Port Klang) - 20 days
　　　　USA(Miami) - 50 days
　　　　Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand(Laem Chabang) - 15 days
　　　　Australia(Sydney) - 25 days
　　　　These lead times are just average and you need to add some more days for custom
　　　　clearance or any other process which depends on country's regulation for import,
　　　　up to the date the consignment is completely released.
